Laura Hallett

Laura M. Hallett of Upper Brighton passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. Laura was born March 24, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Ercell and Jennie (Long) Orser.

She is survived by her husband Dalton Hallett of Upper Brighton, NB; daughter, Carole (Harold) Craswell of Nepean, ON; grandchildren, Kathryn Craswell, Keith Craswell both of Nepean, ON; brother, Owen Orser of Hartland, nieces and nephews.

Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Hartland United Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Cook officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
