Kathleen "Kay" Wade

Kathleen “Kay” Ann Wade of Woodstock, formerly of Coldstream, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010 at her home. She was born August 27, 1951 in Woodstock and was the daughter of the late Barrie and Fronie (Ruff) Shaw.

She is survived by her children, Andrea (Chris) Dore of Southampton, NB, Dana Wade of Coldstream, NB; grandchildren, Peyton Dore, Sophia Dore; siblings, Brian Shaw of Woodstock, NB, Nancy (Ernest) Hunter of Simonds, NB, Blaine (Maureen) Shaw of Coldstream, NB, Shelia (Michael) Martin of Nipissing, ON, Sonya (Randy MacDonald) Shaw of Port Williams, NS, Donna (Joe) Trecartin of Windsor, NB, Brent (Janet) Shaw of Ashland, NB, Debbie Shaw of Bubartown, NB; mother-in-law, Olga Wade of Perth Andover, NB, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 10th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland. The funeral service will be on Friday the 11th at 1:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Michael Horsman officiating. Interment will be in the Melville Cemetery in Kincardin.
