Alexa Anne Taylor

Alexa Anne Taylor passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at her home in Wakefield. She was born January 3, 1960 and was the daughter of Vesta and the late Gerald Thornton. She was also predeceased by an infant sister, Heather.

Alexa is survived by her husband, Glyn Taylor of Wakefield, NB; daughters, Becky-Anne Taylor of Hartland, NB, and her fiancé, Brandon Hovey, Holly Taylor of Hartland, NB, Deney Taylor of Wakefield, NB; mother, Vesta Thornton of Woodstock, NB; sisters, Daphne (Joe) Dezeeuw of Paris, ON, Ardith (Brad) Williams of Manotick, ON, Corless (Bruce) Thompson of Orkney, ON, Veronica (Stephen) Hoyt of Burtts Corner, NB; brothers, Gerry (Carina) Thornton of Ottawa, ON, Bryce (Bev) Thornton of Cambridge, ON, Martin (Suzanne) Thornton of Bubartown, NB; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ian and Jill Taylor of Orkney, ON; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26th from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 HIgh Street, Hartland. The funeral service will be on Friday the 27th at 1:00 p.m. from the Hartland Wesleyan Church with Pastor David Wilcox officiating. Interment will be in the Wakefield Community Cemetery.
