Royden David Crabb
Born in Cloverdale, NB, he was the son of the late Linus and Thelma (Chute) Crabb.
Royden is survived by his loving wife of 57 years to Elaine (Miller) Crabb, father of Troy (Liette Nicholson) Crabb of Moncton, and Trevor (Yvonne Darpino) Crabb of Orangeville ON. He will be sadly missed by his Grandson’s Kyle (Ashley) of Moncton, Brett of Bathurst, and Shane of Orangeville, ON, as well as step granddaughters, Shannon and Chantal, and their mom Christine. He is survived by one brother Blair, sisters, Mary Jean Dow, Geraldine Crandlemire, Uda McIntosh (Robert), Juanita Hallet, Edith Newman, Doris Jurczak (Joe), Kerry Palmer (Haldean), and many nieces and nephews.
After leaving the Royal Canadian Air Force, he went on to a career in the trucking industry, logging millions of driving miles.
Royden enjoyed hunting with his father in law (Jimmy Miller), and brother in law (Wendell Dow), as well as four wheeling as a member of the Skedaddle Ridge Trails People.
A grave side service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland. Following the service a reception will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland.
