Doris E. Crouse

Doris Elizabeth Crouse of Wilmot N.B passed away at the long time family home on September 18,2019.

She is survived by her children and her grandchildren David (Sherille, Marcelle & Samuel) (Brenda & Jason), Louise (Dan, Rachel, Benjamin & Natalie), Lola (Gary, Jonathan, & Andrea), Muriel (Allen, Christina & Joseph), Marie (Neal, Sarah-Anne,Karen & Alison), Ruth (Mitch, Letitia & Mitch), and her 30 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Edric Crouse (1991), son Dalton (2013), daughter-in-law Gaynell (2011), and infant great grandsons Eli & Ephraim (2006).

She will be truly missed by her family and her many life long friends. She loved her God, her family, her church, and her community. Our mom was an active member of the community making a positive impact wherever she saw a need. Whether it was knitting a pair of mittens, making a quilt, or delivering strawberries to a friend, our mom was always willing to lend a helping hand. She has set many examples of her faith in God for others to follow and for this, the family is truly grateful.

Visitation will be held from The Britton Funeral Home, 2 High St. Hartland on Friday, September 20, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. To celebrate her full & wonderful life a funeral service will be held at the Waterville United Baptist Church, on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 2:30 pm where she was a member for 80 years, officiated by Pastor Kurtis Kent. Interment to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
