Daniel James

Daniel James of Hartland passed away October 18, 2019 at the Central Carleton Nursing Home in Hartland. He was born in Wales on June 3, 1924, the son of the late Archibald and Anne James. He was also predeceased by his wife, Jean James; siblings, Gwen James, Cyril (Jean) James, Margaret James, Joseph James, Percy (Ferne and Myrtle) James, Glenys (Hazen) Craig, Eiluned (Hugh) Fortune; sister-in-law, Arlene Smith; brother-in-law, Roy Smith.

Daniel is survived by his children, Murray (April) James of Quaker Brook, Arthur James of Fredericton, Angela James of Hartland; sisters-in-law, Margaret James, Richmond Hill, ON, Laurel Anne Smith of Hartland; nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, October 23rd at 3:00 p.m. at the Hartland Baptist Church with Pastor Dan Austin officiating.
