Wilma J. Orser
1926-2024
Wilma Jean Orser of Hartland passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born July 22, 1926, and was the daughter of the late Osbert and Ella Whitehouse. Wilma was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Colby Orser; siblings, Dorothy (Richard) Lee, Stella (Murray) Goodwin, Arlie (Avis) Whitehouse, Ernest (Mary) Whitehouse, Vernon (Helen) Whitehouse, Austin (Evelyn) Whitehouse, Lorne (Phyllis) Whitehouse; nieces and nephews, Bruce Lee, Glendon Lee, Wayne Whitehouse, Lloyd Whitehouse, Brenda (Bill Porter) Whitehouse, Eric Whitehouse, Norma Goodwin, Debbie Lee.
Wilma is survived by her nieces and nephews, Gordon Lee, Hilton (Gail) Lee, Carl (Suzanne McLeod) Goodwin, Kenneth (Gloria) Goodwin, Darlene Whitehouse-Sheehan, Donna (James) Collins, Murray (Lois) Whitehouse, Wanda (Peter) McCarthy, Blair (Patricia) Whitehouse, Larry (Vera Wood) Whitehouse, Heather (Ray) Lirette, Marsha (Kim) Mabley, Eileen (Clifford) Crain, Jean (Blaine) Hallett, Allison (Nancy) Clair, Pat (Jim) Paget, Norman (Venita) Orser, Marilee (George) Richardson, Robert Orser, Teri (Dave) Stinson; many great nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from noon to 2:45 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Marc Doiron officiating.
