Marie A Giberson
1954-2026
Marie Ann Giberson of
Wakefield passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Upper
River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born September 15, 1954,
and was the daughter of the late Thane and Marion Henderson. Besides
her parents, she was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Ann Henderson and
brothers-in-law, Archie MacMillan and Shawn
Tomah.
Marie is survived by her husband,
Allen Giberson; children, Natasha White (Mike), Justin Giberson
(Amanda); grandchildren, Oakley White, Damien White, Carter Giberson,
Anna Giberson, Norah Giberson; siblings, Louise MacMillan, Douglas
Henderson, Clara James (David), Debbie Wilder(Basil), Donna Farrell
(Randy), Karen McLaughlin (William), Janey Farrell (Kevin), Andrea
Tomah; several nieces and nephews.
Marie was sweet, with a kind
personality, and a contagious smile. She was known for her
dedication to FAMILY, from her family growing up, to her work family,
and most importantly her children, her grandchildren, and her loving
husband, of 51 memorable years. Her dedication and effort to provide
the most love and support to each chapter of her life, will not be
forgotten and will shine through her children and
grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Britton
Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland, on Tuesday, March 3rd from 4 to
7 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March
4th at the Britton Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Horsman
officiating. The interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in
Hartland at a later date. If so desired, donations can be made to the
