Elizabeth J. Yeomans
1975-2026
It is with profound sadness that the family of Elizabeth "Beth" Yeomans announces her sudden passing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the age of 51.
Beth may not have always realized it, but she touched the lives of people everywhere she went. Though she was quietly introverted, her presence brought a sense of comfort and warmth that stayed with people long after they met her. She left a lasting impact on those who walked through the hospital doors—patients and coworkers alike—through her compassion, her strength, and the quiet way she cared so deeply.
Beth was a dedicated nurse, a career that reflected who she was at her core. She took great pride in caring for others, and while her accomplishments were many, it was the kindness and dignity she showed every person that truly defined her. She also had a beautiful way of expressing herself through her art, and an even more meaningful way of making others feel seen, valued, and encouraged.
Beloved wife of Emery "Lefty" Yeomans, devoted mother to Chloe (Tom) Yeomans, and proud GiGi to Sunny Yeomans—who were truly the centre of her world.
From her Husband:
Lefty misses their long talks,
her crooked smile, and the way she looked at him—there was
an indescribable love between them.
"To my loving
wife, you will always be part of my soul. I will miss my soulmate, my
best friend, and the love of my life. We were truly meant for each
other. Someday, we will meet again. I love you to the moon and
back."
From her daughter:
"Mom, I wish we had more
time. You were always by my side—through every adventure and
every failure. You were my best friend. I will miss our long talks,
our adventures, and laughing until it hurt. I will miss you cheering
me on, but most of all, I will miss your voice. I wish Sunny had more
time with you, but she will always know who her GiGi is. I hope you
know how much we love you. Our family will never feel complete without
you."
Cherished daughter of Michael and Jeanie MacDonald; sibling to, Johnathan MacDonald (Dawn), Candace Riley (Matthew), and Josh MacDonald (Kate); Aunt to Cadence, Kenzi, Charlie, Sammy, Frankie and Maria. She loved them all deeply, and they will miss her more than words can express.
She also leaves behind her Furry companion, Miss Molly.
Beth will be remembered for her gentle and quiet soul, her unwavering love, and the way she made people feel important just by being herself. She loved deeply, gave selflessly, and held her family at the centre of everything. Her love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Though she may no longer be with us, her kindness, her love, and her gentle spirit will never be forgotten.
In keeping with Beth’s wishes, there will be no funeral. She will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
