Rodney Layte

Rodney Douglas Layte of Calgary, Alberta, formerly of Hartland, passed away unexpectedly by accident on Monday, June 21, 2010 in British Columbia. He was born in Woodstock on January 24, 1974. He was predeceased by his grandparents Donald and Juanita Nicholson and Harold Layte.

Rodney is survived by his parents Roy and Barbara (Nicholson) Layte of Hartland, NB; daughter, Britany Gray of Newburg, NB; sisters, Janice (Mike) Smith of Oromocto, NB, Susan Layte of Vancouver BC; grandmother, Daisy Layte of Fall River, NS; aunts, Jean Layte of Fall River, NS, Elaine (Bill) Shugarue of Fall River, NS; uncles, Donald (Judy) Nicholson of Rockland, NB, Jerry (Anita) Layte of Toronto, ON, Harold (Vera) Layte of Barrie, ON and several cousins.

Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland, on Saturday, June 26th from 6 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland.
